Our lamb demand keeps growing!! They are pasture raised and supplemented with corn and hay. As with the chickens, we will
only purchase and raise what we have orders for. They will be ready in
November. We sell by the side or whole animal at $1.45/# live weight.
An average live whole lamb weighting 120# = $174 plus $50 processing = $224
approx. total cost. This would yield approx. 47# of meat to your
freezer at $4.77/#. Sides would be half the total cost and weights of a
whole animal. Please reserve yours by May 1st to
guarantee availability.
